Well summer is here; most people at this time of the year over look one of their car’s most important systems. The cooling system. Winter is pretty hard on your cars coolant especially if it has not been changed in the last 30k or longer. Antifreeze / Coolant is just that. It is specially formulated not only to keep from freezing at extreme cold temperatures but it is also formulated to help dissipate extremely high temperatures that we see in the summer. Now as coolant brakes down it turns acidic witch causes catastrophic damage to major parts of the cooling system like the water pump, radiator, and heater core not to mention the internal cooling veins of the engine its self. A simple coolant flush once a year or every 30k can save you a lot of $$$$$ on water pumps and radiators.
